Welcome to Onerios, a platform by Terminal Labs Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Onerios (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

1. Use of the Service

(a) Onerios allows users to generate videos based on questions they type into the platform. The videos and answers created are owned by you, the user.
(b) The music included in the videos is owned by Vincent Rubinetti and licensed under his album "The Music of 3Blue1Brown". As of writing, the author provides free access to use this music, however we highly recommend checking the album licenses as terms may change. (c) Apart from the music, you own the rights to every piece of content generated on this platform.

2. Payment and Refunds

Payments for the Service are processed through Stripe. We do not store or collect any payment information. Please review Stripe's terms and privacy policy for more details.

For refund requests, please use the chat bubble below and send us a message. Refund eligibility will be determined based on your remaining usage. For example, if you have used all your video credits, you may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
(a) Use the Service for unlawful purposes;
(b) Distribute or reproduce content without proper attribution;
(c) Violate intellectual property rights of others, including Vincent Rubinetti's music.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terminal Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.
